I have a one year old who's currently showing zero interest in switching from a bottle to a sippy cup. She has teeth coming in now so I know it's time to make the switch. How am I supposed to do this when she adamantly refuses the sippy, though???

What kind of sippy cup do you have? Is it a no-spill sippy? If so, you can try taking the valve out and letting liquid flow freely from it. It may just be that she has not figured out yet that the cup has milk in it.
