I am sure that the Prince and Princess have all of the help with their new son that they could ever want, but I saw a news story where Prince William was claiming that he had been changing diapers. I think it is awesome that even though they can have anything in the world they are being hands on parents.

I haven't seen that story, but I haven't been following the royal family, either. I agree with you, though. I would have thought they'd hire a nanny to do the "dirty work" for them, but I think it goes a long way towards bonding when you are so hands-on with your kids.

Could always be a story for the media, I bet he has changed them for the novelty of it and so he can honestly say he has, but in reality the nanny does all the work.

I am sure every dad wants to say they did the duty at least once but when the father goes back more than one time to help out is when he changes into more than just "that guy". This does not matter if he is royal or not. A father should help out just as much as the mother, and always more than the nanny.

I did not see the story either, but I am certain that it isn't anything more than a story. I hope that the 2 of them are being hands on parents, but it is really hard to believe that they are. I guess I just don't see Prince William as the diaper duty type.
